be unapologetically you.

therapy services.

When you discover something new about yourself, it's sometimes a quiet realization that gradually shifts your sense of self, and other times, it's a major upheaval that shakes up every aspect of your life. Regardless of if it's a subtle shift or an earth-shattering revelation, it can be helpful to talk with someone to help find your new sense of normal and integrate this new information so that you can live your life as unapologetically and as authentically as you can.

As someone who is both queer and neurodivergent, I know what can go into unpacking what these discoveries mean. Relationships can change, identity can go through several crises, and even the rules of the world can shift as you discover who you've been all a long. There's joy in this authenticity, but also grief, and with that grief, there's often a messy mix of sorrow and anger as you grapple with the loss of what once was, and rage at what could've been. On the other side of this, there is a joyful peace of mind that comes from being who you were meant to be all this time, and a freedom that comes from living authentically. I'm here to walk beside you as you navigate this new reality.

I provide telehealth therapy to adults. My focus populations are queer+ and neurodivergent adults, but I also work with trauma (including complex trauma), depression, OCD, and anxiety disorders. For specific modalities, I am trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) for trauma, and Exposure and Response Prevention.

Sessions tend to involve emotion-focused and person-centered talk therapy, in which I help you navigate whatever you're going through, such as figuring out how to come out to family, unpacking and deprograming years of abuse, or dealing with systemic oppression.

I only see individual adults. I do not see couples, but I can provide recommendations for queer-affirming couples therapists within Arizona.

I am more than happy to provide letters of recommendation for gender-affirming procedures.
